What’s included in our online fitness coaching package?

Online workouts with video demonstrations.

Our programs are designed to be systematic and periodized. Each week, you’ll receive a workout plan that has been designed to match your lifestyle, work with your schedule, and lead you closer to your goals. Each exercise will be accompanied by a video demonstration. Everything will be easily accessible in your personalized app.

Progress monitoring and communication.

Your coach will monitor your progress and check in with you regularly as you complete your workouts. You can reach out to your coach with questions at any point in time, and you can expect to receive a timely response. Communication is available 24/7 through your personalized app.

Live coaching conversations.

You’ll receive a one-on-one virtual session with your coach at least once a month. These sessions provide an opportunity for you to connect with your coach about more in-depth concepts surrounding your progress, building healthy habits, and overcoming barriers.
